Workshop Class Descriptions
Our wide variety of workshop classes are designed for anyone interested in using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint®, or Iron Orchid Designs line of embellishment products, learning a new painting technique, or just having a fun night out! In our workshops, we teach the class step by step throughout the specific project. All instructors have been professionally trained in the Chalk Paint® methods, and owner, Karen, is trained and certified by Annie Sloan herself!
1. Farmhouse Technique
Learn how to give your furniture and decor pieces an on-trend look, in a variety of finishes to create Casual, Coastal, Weathered, and Rustic looks.
2. Kitchen Cabinet Transformations Demo
Come watch and learn step by step how to transform your cabinets with Chalk Paint®! We will walk you through the entire process with ease and helpful tips and tricks.

3. Bring Your Own Kitchen Cabinet
Bring along one of your own cabinet doors, and you will be taught step by step how to transform your cabinets with Chalk Paint®! We will walk you through the entire process as you complete your door in your choice of color and finish.​
4. Chalk Paint® 101: Intro to Annie Sloan Method
Chalk Paint® 101 Workshop. Learn why Annie Sloan is the best! You will be hands-on as you learn Annie’s own techniques in achieving so many different looks, using her world renowned Chalk PaintⓇ Multiple beautiful finish techniques, and how to properly apply all 4 soft waxes. You will receive 10% off Annie Sloan products purchased the day of your workshop, so you’ll be able to get started on your own projects!
5. Advanced Finishes
In this hands-on class, you will learn a wider variety of techniques and finishes you can use to give your Chalk Paint® projects even more depth, character, and interest. We will explore - and practice - specialty techniques such as Gold Leaf, Crackle Finish, Frottage, Layering, Blending, Embellishing, and more!

6. IOD Project Class
A new project every time, these classes will feature the Iron Orchid Design product line, as well as Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan. Create designer-look Wall Decor, Serving Trays, Bread Boards, Crockery and Plant Pots, and more! New variety of projects added every month!

7. HOME Sign
Your decor is ready for any holiday or season with this Interchangeable Sign! Vinyl stencils are provided to each attendee for the letters 'H' 'M' 'E' Then, in place of the 'O' you will paint/embellish three different wooden cut-outs, in your choice of finishes. This one is so cute, you'll love getting creative and make it truly unique! Three cut outs are included with your class fee, and additional seasonal cut-outs will be available for purchase at the time of your class.

8. Decorative Serving Tray
Create a beautiful on trend decorative wooden tray. Learn to use Annie’s products as stain, Paint with your choice of colors, and even personalize with name and/or monogram, then attach hardware handles to complete your project.
9. Pallet Sign
Grab your friends for a fun night relaxing as you are guided step by step to create a decorative wooden sign, make it your own with options like monogram or seasonal theme, using Annie Sloan Chalk Paint®. $45
10. Bring Your Own Piece
Perfect way to boost your confidence, or try a new technique! Bring a piece of small furniture, such as a nightstand, chair, or occasional table, and we will guide you step by step as you complete your project from start to finish!
